Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
  • Shipping Options: We offer standard & express shipping options at checkout.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
  • International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery times & costs vary by location. Customs fees may apply based on your country’s regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s how to return or exchange your item:

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
  • How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@outofoud.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 30 business days to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
